PAYG top up. Credit disappeared

I topped up PAYG in March, but have not used my phone for sending or receiving any calls or messages. However my balance is now £0.25

@Richluap  Are you using packs? If you are these packs last 30 days. if you just want a standard PAYG where you top up and use your credit towards calls and  text then just text STOP PACK to 150. You’ll will not have a data allowance so you’ll need to purchase a data allowance and these last 30 days
