PAYG pack not renewed

I put £10 credit on for my bundle to renew today but its not renewed, I've had a message to say I need to top up for my pack to start, I messaged 150 with NOW but all I get is that I don't have enough credit yet if I do a balance check I've got the £10 ready to go.

How can I get my bundle to start?

As it didn't auto renew, buy your pack manually by texting PACK10 to 150.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

If I buy the pack manually will I loose all the extra data and minutes I've accumulated over the years?
