Hi, we purchased a payg sim For our caravan for the data. I bought a £20  pack, as we had 50 gb of data and now have  37 left. If I don't top up tomorrow will I lose the data please? Wish it was possible to talk to a human these days, this would be much easier 😪

@Pinx22   You have 7 days to top up to retain the data roll over.

To speak with customer service you dial 150 from an EE device and select option 2

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thanks Chris, I have tried calling but it only gives options of mobile, WiFi or tablets etc not payg data. As I have to call from my contract phone , I cannot get to actually speak to someone and the direct chat option isn't live on the website at the moment.

In regards to the top up  can I buy a lower data pack to keep the existing data roll over? We aren't using as much as we expected.

There is no Live Chat for PAYG.

Yes, you will still get your data Rollover if you buy a lower value pack within 7 days.
