Hi
I have a iphone with an EE sim (PAYG) and I'm finding that we can't call it but I can text it. Any ideas what to do please?
Explain it to me like I'm a 5 year old and need help on it lol

@Bristolmary Is that text an iMessage or a text message? These are two different types of messaging services so it’s very important to know.
To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
