I have a PAYG sim inside a remote dongle in a holiday let.. it’s currently the only way I can supply WiFi for guests. I buy a 125gb pack each month but invariably it runs out and every month for the last 4/5 months I have tried adding data on remotely when this happens and the purchase data page has been broken continuously.. I have had to call each time to get a resolution, can anyone provide me with a fix for this as it’s very frustrating! Thank you

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see what data add-ons are available.
For an extra £5 I believe you can get the £35 pack with unlimited data.
To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

I can’t connect to the router to do that as it’s a holiday let.. I live an hour away, I need to be able to top up the data remotely. I Was always able to do this until about 4 months ago and all of a sudden the purchase add on page stopped working.

Exactly this is not a fix just a fudge around. Simply a joke not being fixed for this amount of time.
