Hello,
I lost the SIM card (phonenumber#1) for my (spare) second phone. I checked the myEE web account there is a teeny weeny credit. I know the phone number - will EE be able to send me another SIM for the same phone number?
If that is not possible, I wonder if I get a new SIM, new phone number, will they be able to transfer my credit from phonenumber#1 to the new phone number.
Thanks
-cindy

Contact EE CS to report the affected SIM lost. They can issue a replacement SIM with the same number.

Hi @Analyn2024
Welcome to the community.
If you contact us directly or head to your local EE store with photo ID, we can check if your Pay As You Go number is still active. If it is, then we can look at giving you a replacement SIM to keep the same number.
