Referring to Pay As You Go charges for roaming in the EU :

 you’ll need to buy a data add-on (500MB for £3)

How long does this 500MB last? Is it a day or until it's exhausted? Nowhere does it say.

Thanks, @James_B

Oh, it's just 1 of the ordinary PAYG data add-ons. I thought it was special for roaming. In which case shouldn't you also be able to buy 1 of the other PAYG data add-ons, up to 10GB over 30 days for £20?

Yes, any of the UK and EU data add-ons can be used @XRaySpeX 🙂

Then why doesn't Pay As You Go charges for roaming in the EU say so? It implies it is just 1 special add-on just for the purpose of roaming w/out a pack.

Hi @XRaySpeX,

I think that particular add-on is meant as an example, but I agree it isn't clear.

I'll ask our digital help team to review that page.

Thanks again for flagging. 🙂
