PAYG Account

Good afternoon, I have just received a text from EE saying that I haven't used my phone for some time - I HAVE. I am being threatened that I will lose my number, which I have had for eons and that I will lose all my credit. It's not a fortune, but that's not the point. This is an emergency phone and I make sure that I use it at least once a month. I am unable to send texts for some unexplained reason, and I am unable to access my usage on the website. I feel that because I am not spending a fortune with EE I am being deliberately forced away as the account I have doesn't oblige me to top up every month, only as and when. I have challenged EE in the past as each time I was able to send a text the charge was deducted from my credit balance twice. Perhaps they should be honest with me. Can anyone help?

It not enough to use it but you need to make chargeable use of it.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP
I do make chargeable use of it but nothing shows up on the website. The fact my credit is being depleted proves that but I am being told I haven't used it????
