PACK10 isn't working

On Thursday I put £10 on my account ready for the pack to renew on Friday, the pack didn't renew and when I try to start PACK10 I get told to put £10 on my account even though when I look at the balance I have £10 on my account.

Welcome to the community.
Can you try to text NOW to 150 to see if that will restart your pack?
If it doesn't, I'd recommend giving our customer service guides a call so they can check the status on your account and help to get the pack activated.
