Not able to use my Allowances

Hi there. I have 2GB allowances until next month. I have no idea why I can’t use them. The minute I turn off my WiFi I’m left with no internet

Try turning on flight mode after you disconnect from wifi, then turn flight mode off. 

Also make sure you have data active on your device.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
