You can check your account and reason for suspension using EE app.
There will be two reasons why your services will be suspended:
- Unpaid bill/ outstanding balance, You can find out more at What happens if I've missed a payment?
or
- You have exceeded your credit limit. Your credit limit works in a similar way to a credit card limit.
This is the maximum amount you're allowed to spend at any given time on your account across all your phones and devices. There is more information at About credit limits.
You can control your spending using a Spend Cap. Find out more about Spend Caps.
To reactivate your suspended account, you'll need to make a payment.
In the EE app:
Or you can pay over the phone.
Or contact our automated service—you’ll be diverted to it when trying to make a call after being suspended. It's available 24/7.
