Non reflection of airtime purchased

I made a cousin purchased an airtime worth 15 pounds for me on Thursday and until now it has not reflected. My number is XXXXX XXXXXX.

I'd recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check your payment and credit history. They should be able to find out what's happened.

Is it possible the £15 paid for your pack? What does it say when you text BALANCE to 150?
