Airtime purchase RIP OFF.

Logged onto my account on the EE Website then Top Up. Used my Barclaycard and purchased airtime. I got an error message. Tried again with the same error. Tried a different Credit card, bought more airtime, still the same error. Tried my Nat West debit card this time but got the same error. Contacted technical support and asked why the error and as I was chatting I got 3 different notifications from purchases made to EE from my banks.

Logged onto my account and saw a Zero balance and zero purchases. Spent another 2 hours to EE technical support who were unable to help or explain the problem. I'm a Doctor and time is serious money.

Spent a fortune on airtime and got NOTHING in return for it. OFF TO THE OMSBUDSMAN with my proof of purcahses. What a shame I have to go the long way round to get justice?

What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Why should that prevent me from topping up? I spent a lot of money today so I could get my voicemails and send texts. I paid EE today and I got nothing in return and I was told by Samuel in EE Tech that the credit would reflect later as it was stuck in the banking system. Me must have thought I was born yesterday!

I never said that would stop you topping up. I was just showing you that you did get something in return.

No disrespect but you haven't read my post properly.

You are referring to the top up I made on the 24th of Sept for 15 pounds in the EE store in Chichester. I am aware that I have data left over from then.

My post refer's to the 3 top ups I made today (4th October) for airtime when I got Nothing in return from any of them!

I did but as you never said when I can only go your last documented, dated top-up.

As these later ones failed at some stage after being debited from your banks, they will be showing as "Pending" on your bank a/c's & will disappear when EE never claims them

Logged a complaint with EE over this issue on the 4th October. Nobody has approached me or contacted me or tried to sort the problem or even acknowledged the issue.

Just got a Text from EE on Fri 7th Oct 22 saying they have closed the case. Ref IDxxxxxxxx.

What a bunch of crooks!
