I have decided to change the mobile supplier because I can never answer or making phone calls in my new house. I need to rush to the garden to answer all time when there is a phone call coming in. I have complained about it many times and have had enough of the bad signal. I got my PAC and signed up with another company yesterday. I picked the starting date on 24 Dec. But my service suddenly stopped today, my pay as you go plan suppose to finish on 26/12. I live alone and cannot make any phone calls as it shows "no service" on my phone no matter how many times I reboot or reinsert the sim again. My number is **********
[Mod edit: phone number removed. Please do not post personal information on public boards.]

WiFi-calling allows you to make & receive calls over a WiFi connection without needing any mobile network service. Regardless, if you've given a PAC to another provider, then you are no longer EE's customer - you should contact your new provider with any service issue.
