Old number transfer

I got my daughter a phone for her birthday with a ee pay as you go sim. I've taken out a pay monthly for her instead of having to top it up all the time but im having issues transferring her number to new plan how do I do this? From an ee pay as you go to ee pay monthly

@Gkinloch30 : Follow How Do I Upgrade from Pay As You Go? to switch from PAYG to contract. Your existing PAYG credit will be carried over as credit towards your future bills. You keep your existing SIM & no. The plan on it is just switched to contract.

I've already taken out a new plan and have the new sim card, so how do I transfer as it hasn't done so automatically

You need to call CS to do it.

Please give Customer Service a call on 150 from the EE phone to request your EE PayG number is transferred onto your EE Pay monthly line. 
This can only be performed manually by a service guide.
