Not sure why I’m getting the phone prompt recording here in England “it looks like you don’t have enough credit to make this call “when I have 21 GB left to use that I can see on my EE account !

it is my first time using EE and I bought the 15 £ …25 GB pack about a week ago. 
Q/…. Could anyone hear tell me why I can’t make a local call?

@AdrianBell : It's not data you need to make calls but either a call mins. allowance remaining or some credit balance.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

What are the 1st 6 digits of the number you called?
