No add ons showing

Ive got a PAYG Sim, which I have topped up. I dont want a recurring “subscription pack” but  just an add on data deal.

However no add ons appear for selection in my app. This has been happening for ages.

I am having the same problem.

My account is in credit, but despite using the short codes ie " 200 TEXTS WEEK" all it does is invite me to buy a Pack on subscription. This has been going on for some time now and I suspect that EE is trying to move PAYG phone users to the Pack subscriptions rather than the add ons.

If I do that, it texts back with the different options @ £1, £3 and £5. If I then, as instructed, text "200 TEXTS WEEK"  it comes back with a text with details of Balance,Roaming and Packs.

In short, anyway I try, it seems to not be possible to order texts as an add on.

I called the helpline - their systems are down so can't access my account - how is this possible with a company like EE ?

Good afternoon @Nevis88, I'm disappointed to hear you've been having some trouble getting in touch with our team today. 

I'd definitely recommend giving this another try when you get a chance, and they'll be able to get this all checked out.
