You'd need to set up a recurring card payment. Check out this Setting Up Card Payments on Pay As You Go help page from more information on the savings and how to set it up.

@230864  You can set this up via the my EE app,  just select top up then you’ll see setup reoccurring top ups. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

In your online MyEE click on Set Up Direct Card Payments .

I've tried this several times with your Website and the EE APP with no success the instructions should take you directly to the point where you can Top Up

 

 

Tried that it comes up with 47 options on my phone!!!!
