New sim problems

@Everyone 

Hello i brought a new sim card today and ove added 15 pounds credit. It states I have 15 on my account when I text balance to 150 but on my ee app it says 4 pence I've not used the sim card for anything yet so it couldn't of used the credit ive not used any data or anything. Even when I try to receive a verification code to confirm my mobile number that doesn't work 

Can anyone help me to try resolve this issue please

Could your credit have bought your Pack?
