New customer having issues with subscription pack (20)

I'm at a loss I received my new PAYG sim card that I had paid the £20 for the top up for PACK20, Popped it in my phone and it said I only had a balance of £10  so I've put yet another £10 onto my credit tried to start my £20 subscription pack and it only ever takes £0.00 from my credit ballance. I've tried texting both AL and AB to 150 to get the same message that there's £20 credit on my account and my last top up was £10. I've also tried texting PACK20 to 150 but get no response so I'm at a loss both money wize and with no access to the pack I've selected
