I ordered a new pay as you go sim on Monday and it arrived yesterday but you sent me a dead sim

And I'm new customer

@Jade1975  sim cards take up to 24 hours to activate.      

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

It's been 24 hours and the sim is still dead

I know you'll be eager to get things working so you can use your new services. 

Do you have access to the EE app? Have you linked your new SIM and EE mobile number there?
Have you tried to top up yet?

If you've tried all of these steps and things aren't working, please call us so the team can help.

 I call yesterday the sort it out for some reason you sent me a cancelled sim
