New SIM problem

Hello I've moved over from giff gaff and when I got the SIM I top up £20 to but I was not a wear the £20 would attomaticly start a bundle now I've gone to put my SIM in my new phone and it's saying I need to top up I have not used this SIM so I was hoping I could get it sorted as I don't get paid till the 29th n have no money I need to keep my phone on for my children so pleased help me

I've done that it says my packed ran out 3 days ago am getting so stressed out cause I can't make a call or anything can someone help me get this readded I never new it was a pack add on it so I top up thinking it will be ok and now I have no money till 29th
