I received my Nokia phone as well as SIM (£10 bundle)- after charging a phone and inserting a sim only emergency calls are active. On manual network searches phone fails to connect to EE. Any solutions?

Also new mobile number is not recognised when I try to add it to my ee account devices.

Did you purchase your Nokia phone direct with EE?
