Dear EE Customer Service Team,

I am writing this email to request your assistance in retrieving my old phone number. I have been an EE customer for several months, and I previously used this number with my EE account. However, I had to switch to a different number due to some personal reasons.

Recently, I realized that I have attached this old phone number to my Google account and Fiverr account, and it is causing me some inconvenience. Therefore, I would like to reactivate this phone number and use it again with my EE account.

I kindly request your assistance in retrieving this number and reactivating it on my EE account as soon as possible. Please let me know the steps I need to follow and any additional information you require to complete this process.

Sincerely,
Adeel

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation or even been deactivated for ever.

When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

Hi @aslimalik69

I am sorry once the number is changed the old number would be unavailable.

You can try calling us on 150 to see if there is any way the team can allocate this number back for you.

Leanne.

@aslimalik69 : I've already answered you but you did not answer my Q. If you have not used this no. for over 9 months you have lost it completely. You will need to inform Google and Fiverr that you no longer use this no. & give them a new no.
