Hi,
Please could someone help me? I've just received a new bank card and need to update the billing information for my pay-as-you-go monthly £10 package, which is auto-renewed. I've tried looking on the mobile app, but I can't find anything related to billing, even in the manage section.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

You need to text STOP PACK to stop your pack recurring & being charged to your old card. Then buy your pack again & choose to pay direct for it with your new card.
