Mystery charge

Hi - some time between 24th and 31st May, an unexpected £5 came off my credit. I am on a £1/week plan and have not exceeded any of my allowances, nor signed up for any charity charge. Please can you find what happened and stop any ongoing charges over and above my plan?

Thanks ! - I’ve found it: an accidental call to an international number (I thought I’d cancelled it within seconds but the log says 4 minutes!!) Mystery solved !

There isn't any access to individual customer accounts on this forum.

If you call EE C/S on 150, they will be able to access your account, your myEE online account should also show (I believe) 30days history.

@Donald_S : What does it say between those dates under Recent Usage in your online MyEE?
