Refund on my Sim card

I bought a EE simcard with a pack, but the thing is after I activated it, it shows as if it is working with all the signals and everything, but I actually cannot call, text nor use data (basically as if I don't have a sim card at all)

I already talked to your customer service technical support several times and they told me that they cannot find a way to fix it.

I won't be returning to UK and I need the SIM card right now, so I can't get a replacement SIM as well.

As I have not been able to use your service at all, can I get a refund for my pack please? If yes, where should I contact?

@tjdud0405 : Did you use that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before you left to go abroad? EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.

PAYG credit is not refundable or transferable.
