@JasonAllen : Is it on contract or PAYG?
What's this about an antenna & what's it got to do with a non-working SIM?

I heard that there is a rule that if you don't use your SIM card for 6 months, it will be disconnected, and this is exactly what happened to me, and I didn't use the SIM card for 1 year, and there is also a normal SIM card that I used to charge 5 pounds every few months

@JasonAllen : You're not telling me but it looks like you have a PAYG SIM.
After a year of non-use you have lost that SIM & no. for good.
EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely. It's now too late for this.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
