Hello,
It's been a while since I have the following problem. I top up my account with credits every month on time, but my £10 Pack doesn't automatically renew. As a result I loose all the unused data, minutes and texts.
What's the problem? Any help with this?

That did not work for me. When I texted PACK10, it started suggesting me new packages.
I had to top up second time. Now my balace was twice what was needed, and it renewed the plan automatically.
