Hi, I have a £20 bundle which gives me unlimited text and calls and data. I’ve just topped up another £30 to change over my bundle pack because the data ran out on my old pack. And it will not let me cancel my current pack to start my new £30 pack. It says it will start on the 10th of next month. Which is simply just not okay. I need my data more than anything and EE is not letting me cancel my current bundle to start my new one. How do I fix this, or I’m going to have to cancel mu EE SIM and change network because I can’t continue to do this

@Xsimplychai - You can buy data add ons, text ADD DATA to 150. Or browse to http://add-on.ee.co.uk/purchase while on EE's mobile network, make sure you are not connected to WiFI.

Have you tried texting NOW to 150 to start the pack early?
