Hi there. Live in the Clydebank area and on a PAYG monthly contract. 
I’ve had same contract for years and have at least 60gb of days til 30th September but can’t access online. 
my EE sign has also gone 

I’ve tried turning phone off and on. But still same 

Anyone any ideas.
