Why don't we pay as you go customers not included in s free phone after all spending £30.00 s month consistently should surely deserve s new phon upgrade for free. Thanks

@felixfynnprah , why on earth should you get a new phone for free? Even on contract most phones are not free, we have to pay for them, which is included in our monthly contract, they are now expensive to buy, there are not many cheap ones, as they are like mini computers.

 

As a pay as you go customer, you can change network at your will, whereas with a contract, we are tied to the network unless we want to end the contract and pay the minimum term off, not that I intend to do that myself.
