I’m wondering I have a mobile phone on my ee account but I have broadband on another I want to link them together on 1 account but I can’t because when I try link mobile it says I can’t because I already have mobile on another account how can I link them together

You can remove your PAYG no. from the mobile a/c & then link it to the a/c with the BB.
Using your online EE a/c's:
- Remove PAYG no.: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Remove > Confirm.
- Add to BB a/c: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.
