Just been robbed by EE again

Hyluxmon

I paid £13.50 for 75GB last month and I was charged but it didn’t work, I had to then spend £15 for the 75GB to get it. It’s now been a month and has run out, so I used the app to start a new plan, I picked £15 for 75GB and once again got a discount, so it came to £13.50, fully paid for and it’s not come on. I need to speak to someone from EE over chat not phone call to fix this or it needs to be reported.

@Hyluxmon : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

There is no Live Chat for PAYG. You need to call CS.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

It shows £0 when texting AL. On the app I found a part where it says my plan will start on July 26 but to start it now text NOW to 150, so I do that and I get a reply saying “Sorry we were unable to stop your active plan, please call us on 150 for further assistance.”

Text STOP PLAN to 150 before texting NOW.

Texting STOP PLAN to 150 gets me this reply “Sorry, but we couldn't complete your request as you currently don't have a plan. To choose a plan, reply ALL PLANS to this message.”

Thanks for giving this a try, @Hyluxmon

As @XRaySpeX mentioned, there is no chat option available for pay as you go, so you'll need to give our team a call so we can double check what's happened at our end here.

You can call on 150 from an EE phone, or 07953 966 150 from another provider.
