I have enough credit but my pack won't renew

I topped up by £15 the day before my £15 pack was due to run out. It usually just restarts automatically as long as I have enough credit or I get a notification to top up and then it starts again automatically. This time the pack has not restarted and it's been almost 48 hours.

If I text BA to 150 I get a text that acknowledges I have £15 credit and I can see the balance in MyEE.

If I text NOW to 150 I get a text saying I need to add credit to pay for my pack.

I'm not sure what the problem is or why it hasn't automatically renewed?
