I have been trying to activate PLAN35 via Text and it is not working

Is PLAN35 a fake plan, since I seem to be able to activate all others ?

I've had a look at our pay as you go product hub and this is definitely showing as a genuine plan. 

How are you trying to add this, and are you looking to pay directly, or use existing credit?

I got same problem, I'm using it for almost one year, 2 hours ago I topped it up but it seems to not recognize the balance and it is not activating the usual plan I already used in the last months

Can you try texting BALANCE to 150, what does the reply show? 

If the credit is showing, please try texting NOW to 150 to see if the pack activates for you.
