I have £35 credit in my phone, I topped up £10 5 days ago, and I've not been able to phone or text, So I came online to sort it out and EE are asking for another £10. I haven't used my mobile since January and there has always been at least £15 on my phone. I've used EE since Orange with relative no problem and now I feel like I'm being mucked about. I keep adding money with no service.

Hi @MR0071

Welcome to the community.

If you text AL to 150, what does it say exactly? Do you have an EE signal on the phone? Are you in the UK at the moment?

When did you previously use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
