I have £10 credit but no data texts or calls?

Hi there, I’ve topped up my account with £10 credit but it still says I have no data, text or calls? And I can’t get an add on because the page is t working?

No help as the SIM card is in a mobile WiFi box not in a phone.

Visit http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to your mobile router by WiFi to see your data & credit status as well as its mobile no. at the top. What does it say,  obscuring your mobile no.?

The link doesn’t work. 
my account says I have £10 credit but I can’t use this to buy an add on as the page is not working

Use another browser, not Edge or any browser that turns HTTP: into HTTPS: . Chrome works on it.
