Hello, I have a credit card attached to my account. I have selected a £30 package. today it was renewed, but instead of 100 GB I got about 27 GB of internet. I should have 274 GB now and I have 201 GB. Could someone help me?

@Jurex55 : What does texting AL to 150 from it fully report verbatim (it is free)?

I got a message that I am currently £4.65, unlimited minutes and texts and 199.3 GB remaining until 17/03/2023 for £30 Pack. Your remaining data includes 97.4 GB of rolled over data. Your last top up was £30.00 on 15/02/2022 at 21:02. I understand correctly that these 97.4 GB will be added to my account or what will happen to them?

The 97.4 GB rolled-over data has been already added to your full £30 pack data.

No, that's not what AL plainly says, that you have 199.3 GB remaining data.

You did! There's a slight rounding error but you got about 100 GB from the pack + 97.4 GB rolled-over data.

That gives 197GB and should be around 270GB unless I'm misunderstanding something
