Hi,
It is almost a week that I cannot receive or make any calls. Same for messages.
I topped-up my balance, but I cannot seem to buy a data pack. At the end of the process I always get an error message.
Also, I cannot call 150 or send a message to ask for my balance.
I have not use this sim card much lately, but I also did not receive a message about a possible end of the service.

@simonanitti : Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation.
When did you last use it for a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.
You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

@XRaySpeX thank you a lot for your reply, it was very useful.
I just want to point out for a future reference that it is needed to call +44 800 079 8586 first to reactivate the number. Afterwards, one can top-up.
Topping-up only and making a chargeable action would not reactivate your account.
