I bought two EE pay as you go sim card to use in one phone

I bought two EE pay as you go sim card to use in one phone. I thought that after 1month, I can change the sim card and use it 1month.

Today my pack ended and I changed my sim card to a new one I bought 1month ago and it's not working. My ee profile only shows the sim card before.

Can someone help me... It's a bit urgent.

@MinKyum  your account only has 1 sim on it the new sim has its own account that you need to set up.     Did you activate both sims when you got them ?  Why don’t you just top up the first sim ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@MinKyum : What does texting AL to 150 from the SIM that doesn't work fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Why bother buying 2 SIMs & swapping between them? Each SIM will renew its own pack after the previous pack expires at the same price top-up.

Your MyEE will only include the 2nd no. after you add it yourself.
