I just got the same problem. I bought a pack at 12.40 pm, and by 4 pm, all of my data was gone. I am a student who had lectures all that time and wasn’t using my phone. Everything is disabled, no backups, no downloads. When I called EE, they said that my iCloud Backup and my YouTube took more than 13 GB each. Although my last iCloud Backup was at 1 am, my YouTube was completely off on my phone, and I don’t have any subscriptions to make it work while it’s closed. Additionally, I was told that it was my computer or hotspot. However, my computer was not with me, and my hotspot was turned off. All I was advised to do was spend an additional £20 for another pack. I’m incredibly disappointed by the whole thing, as it made me lose my money for nothing. And all I’ve been told is that it is my problem, and there could be no issues on their side. However, upon checking all of these replies, I’m unconvinced, as it is the same issue everyone had. I was not offered any additional GB or any further assistance.
