I bought a £10 EE sim inserted it and still no balance please help

I bought a SIM and paid £10 for 8gb data 500mins and unlimited texts I've inserted into phone. I've sent a message to 150 saying pack 10 they said you're on an old pack 10 update bankcard details to activate I've done that balance still at zero please can somebody help many thanks
