Hello @nikoliyagenova ,

Welcome to the community,

Have just read in another thread, that there is a worldwide problem with roaming calls at present and that is why it is not working, nothing you have done wrong, but hopefully it will be resolved soon, EE are looking into it, but have no idea and I suspect no one in the forums will know what is going on.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 7953 966 or +44 330 123 1105.

@nikoliyagenova : Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.

When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
