Can anyone advise me how to stop my subscription service with EE? I am abroad and 150 does not work. Many thanks in advance.

Hi James.
When you are abroad 150 does not work. I need to stop my subscription pack and can find no way of doing it via your app or your website. How do I go about it please?

Hi @Mr_Boff
What subscription services are you referring. If this is a third party service you need to contact them.
You can also use the EE app.
Thanks

@Mr_Boff Depending where you are in the world you probably need credit on the account to pay for any text you want to send that includes texts to 150 as it’s still a text and will be a international text so that cost will depend on where you are .

As far as I can discover the only way to stop a pack recurring is to text STOP PACK to 150.
You might be also be able to by phoning CS. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig. on Skype over WiFi. It should be free.

@Mr_Boff - There does seem to be a self service link to stop pack via the My EE web portal.stopmysubscriptionpack

I’m in Russia and I have £6.64 credit on my SIM card. Texts are supposed to be £1.30 every text, but the STOP text fails to deliver every time.

150 won't work from outside EU.
Use the "Stop the Subscription Pack" suggested by @354- .
