How to change my card number on EE app

I need to top up my credit but I am not able to do because I need to change my card number that It has been recently renewed, how can I do that?

In your online MyEE under Menu > A/c Setting > Manage Your Cards remove your old card. Then set up Card Payments again but with your new card.
