Hi, I bought a new subscription pack for £15 and it will start on the 7th of July. I changed my mind so want to cancel it but no idea how? If I send to 150 STOP now, they will stop my old pack. So is it better to wait for 7th if July or there is other way to cancel it before it starts? Please, help, I don't want to be charged.

@Smante If you wait till the 7th of July and text stop now to 150 it’ll stop your new pack and you’ll not be refunded the £15. You need to call customer services about this so they can cancel the pending pack.

Texting STOP PACK to 150 only stops your current pack not auto renewing when it expires on 7 July; it does not stop it dead. If you have already bought the new £15 pack it is held pending & STOP PACK won't stop it starting on 7 July. You can't cancel it now you bought it.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

@Ash260 : You can't cancel it once you bought it.
PAYG credit is not refundable nor transferable.
