How to Add Subscription Pack to a pre 2021 PAYG sim from in My EE account

In my ee account with large amount credit in account I  can't find any way to purchase an ee Subscription Pack, Button in account that states Buy packs and Add On's only leads to information page about packs, also another button called Choose your Pack goes to same info page. I have searched every ware available in account but can't locate place to purchase them a subscription pack, need this for EU Roaming any advice appriciated

Thanks James_B & XRaySpeX for your replys to my queery regarding  been able to  buy packs in my account, In the end I spoke to ee they had the same problem & as the account package dates back to Orange period although I have since update with ee PAYG SIM  the old plan diddent fit todays plan offers, so they agreed to updated my plan & solve the problem I can now see the subscription packs & will be able to purchase when suits.

Have you tried using the text service? For example, you can text PACK10 to 150 to purchase a £10 pack.

To use you pack in the EU, you'll also need to purchase a Roam like Home add-on.

Text ALL PACKS to 150 & choose 1.

To use your pack allowances in the EU on PAYG there are roaming charges of either £2.50 / day, by having texted ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by having texted ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival telling you about these charges for roaming in EU & inviting to take up these options. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.
