How do I activate subscription pack?

Hi,

I have paid for a 15-pound subscription pack and received my sim card. However, I am not able to make calls, use the Internet or send texts using the sim card. Could you please tell me how could I activate my subscription pack? Thank you!

You don't appear to have a pack.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
