How can I start my pack earlier

I have been trying to start a new pack because I'll be running out of data soon. But for some reason when I text to 150, 'NOW', I don't get any response.

What could I do?

@Soyyo : Have you bought the new pack? NOW only works when you have a pack pending.

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Yes, I already bought the pack. And I recieved a message from 150 about it. But when I respond to them nothing happen.

I apologize for not answering before. I tried text 'AL' to 150 but nothing happen. No reply or anything.

It's peculiar & notable that you get no response from texts to 150. Can you get replies to texts sent elsewhere? What happens when you text yourself?

I just sent messages to other contacts and I have recieved a reply for all of them. I'm not sure why I get the messages from 150, but no replies.
